Before you can add an article you need to add an edition from a drop-down list. We are going to create an edition of Disha in this example:

So to create an edition, go to Content Management in top black menu, create content, edition.

Quite far down the page you will see a drop-down list for Periodicals: select Disha

For the Title at top use whatever formula is being used, e.g. Disha Volume 20, Number 1.

In Edition date. click on it and choose date.

Leave edition description blank.

For Language select in this case English as Disha is in English.

In the Body box you might not put anything.

It will be sorted by edition date, not post date.

Save the node. Then, if an article is created it would have an option of which edition to appear in.
