To look at the Webmaster menus go to Site building/Menus.

The admin menu for the site administrator is different to the webmaster role. Admin role is for someone else to keep track of technical things on website.  Click on webmater menu.

The webmaster block on left hand side has 3 roles at moment – blocks admin, views admin, menu admin, but eventually it will have short-cuts to different roles, e.g. add content.

Clickon Blocks admin. You will then see a list of blocks. In the one that is called webmaster menu click on configure. This block will be seen by specific roles. Under role specific visibility settings the webmaster role is ticked for this specific role.
